Live Time Map is maintained by one person, and messages come straight to me. Email is the only channel, and I read all of it.
I aim to reply within a few days. This is a side project rather than a staffed support desk, so please allow a little longer if you don't hear back immediately.
Reporting a data error
These are the most useful messages I get, and the ones I act on fastest. If a city shows the wrong time, is filed under the wrong time zone, or has an obviously wrong figure, please include:
- The page address, for example
https://livetimemap.com/time-in/tokyo - What the page showed, and what you expected instead
- Roughly when you looked, and the time zone you were in at the time
That last detail matters more than it sounds: several figures on the site are calculated relative to your location, so knowing where you were makes a report far quicker to reproduce.
Suggesting a city
Not every city has its own page yet. If one you need is missing, send the city and country and I'll look at adding it. Meanwhile you can search for any place on the interactive map and pin it, which works for anywhere in the world even without a dedicated page.
Privacy and data requests
For anything about cookies, analytics, advertising or your data, read the privacy policy first, as it likely answers the question. If it doesn't, email the same address above and say it's a privacy question so I can prioritise it.
Bugs and feedback
If something is broken or confusing, a short description of what you did and what happened is plenty. Mentioning your browser and whether you were on a phone or desktop usually saves a round trip.
